Our team focuses on two critical quality indicators. One is roundness. The other is surface finish. If the roundness is off, the bar will not stay stable during drilling or turning. If the surface is not smooth enough, coating adhesion suffers. Our equipment performs well on both these indicators. We also check for surface defects like pits or scratches. Available Sizes and Material Properties
We stock solid copper round bar in Φ6, Φ8, Φ10, Φ18, Φ20, and Φ22. The numbers represent the diameter. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity reaches Cu≥99.90%. Total impurities stay below 0.10%. Conductivity is ≥97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C stays ≤0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength exceeds 170 MPa. Hardness falls between 65 and 90 HV. Elongation is 17% or higher.
Where Round Bars Are Used
Solid copper round bars have the broadest range of applications. Terminal posts and conductive rods use them. Connection pins also rely on this shape. Copper turned parts and machined components start with round bars. Machine shops prefer round bars because they are easy to feed into lathes. The round shape centers itself automatically. Our raw material inventory stays well-stocked. Standard sizes ship within one week. Custom sizes take one to two weeks. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Mixed specifications are allowed. We support EXW and FOB terms. USD, EUR, and CNY are accepted.
