Custom-shaped copper busbars are a deep-processed product of copper busbars, belonging to customized non-standard conductive materials. They are mainly used in high and low voltage electrical switch contacts, power supply and distribution installation wires, and high-voltage connection systems for new energy vehicles. Their copper content is generally higher than 99.90%, possessing high conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and excellent mechanical properties. The surface can be tin-plated or silver-plated to enhance oxidation resistance.
In 2022, domestic enterprises produced 145 tons of custom-shaped copper busbars. Xinchang Group improved its production capacity and product competitiveness through equipment upgrades (such as the addition of an 850-type continuous extrusion press in 2023). This product can save customers production costs and conforms to the trend of environmental protection and energy conservation, and has been certified by well-known manufacturers such as NIO and GAC.
