Technical Parameters Of Copper Busbar

Jun 06, 2026 Leave a message

The electrical conductivity of copper busbars is determined by their copper content and conductivity. With a copper content exceeding 99.97%, the conductivity reaches 58 (International Standard Unit), far surpassing ordinary copper and effectively reducing power transmission loss. Its hardness is 65 (Rockwell hardness), balancing strength and machinability, allowing it to withstand mechanical stress without easily deforming.

The softening temperature reaches 1080℃, maintaining structural stability even in high-temperature environments, making it suitable for high-temperature industrial applications. In terms of specifications, the common size is 10*100 mm, weighing approximately 3 kg per block, with a fine particle size of 0.01 mesh to ensure surface smoothness and reduce contact resistance.
