Forged Construction for Higher Strength
Our forged H beam connecting rods have a cross-section that looks like the letter H. They are formed through forging, not machined from solid copper. Forging refines the internal grain structure. The strength is higher than machined parts. Our customers in heavy equipment specify forged parts. Our forging equipment presses copper bars into the H shape in one stroke. After forging, we do finish machining. Our team heats the copper to the right temperature before forging. If the temperature is too low, the material does not flow well and the die does not fill completely. If the temperature is too high, the grain grows and affects performance.
Custom Specifications
Forged H beam connecting rods follow your custom drawings for dimensions. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Total impurities stay within 0.10%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C does not exceed 0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength is above 170 MPa. Hardness falls between 65 and 90 HV. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Temperature Control for Forging
Our team controls the forging temperature carefully. We check dimensions after forging. Third-party inspection is welcome. Our raw material inventory stays well-stocked. We deliver custom orders within one to two weeks after receiving drawings. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Every piece of forged H beam connecting rod we produce has refined grain structure.
