Split Design for Easy Assembly
Our two piece connecting rod has a different structure from one-piece rods. It has two separate parts. One is the rod body. The other is the rod cap. The body and cap bolt together to form a complete circle. This circle wraps around the crankshaft journal. This design serves a specific purpose. It makes installation possible. In a closed crankcase, a one-piece rod cannot be installed. You must remove the cap. Pass the rod through the crank. Then reattach the cap. This is why split connecting rods are standard in most internal combustion engines and small compressors. Our team focuses on one thing above all else. Pairing accuracy.
Custom Specifications
Two piece connecting rods follow your drawings for length, big end bore size, small end bore size, and bolt specifications. Materials are typically high-strength steel. Some customers specify aluminum for lightweight versions. We do roundness checks after assembly. Every pair gets a matching mark. The body and cap receive the same number. Customers will not mix up the parts. We deliver within one to two weeks after drawing confirmation. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms.
Paired Machining for Perfect Fit
Our team machines the rod body and cap together. The contact faces are machined in the same operation. This gives the best possible match between the two surfaces. After finishing each pair, we make a matching mark. The body and cap get the same number. This way customers assemble them correctly. Every piece of two piece connecting rod we produce has the correct roundness when assembled.
Internal Combustion Engine and Compressor Applications
Two piece connecting rods are used widely in internal combustion engines. Car engines, motorcycle engines, and general gasoline engines all use them. Warranty and Payment Terms
We do not offer free samples. Custom orders require 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid before shipping. We support EXW and FOB terms. USD, EUR, and CNY are accepted.
