Custom Manufacturing for Your Brand
Our OEM connecting rods are a contract manufacturing service. You provide the complete design drawings and technical specifications. We do the processing according to your requirements. The finished products do not carry our factory name. They carry your brand. We only handle the production side. We do not participate in the design phase. So we do not take responsibility for the design itself. But we take full responsibility for our processing quality. If issues come from our machining accuracy, we take the appropriate responsibility. Our team treats OEM work with extra care. These parts go into your equipment with your brand on them. Poor quality would affect your reputation. We understand this responsibility.
Custom Specifications
OEM connecting rods follow your drawings for material and dimensions. Materials can include copper, aluminum, stainless steel, or titanium. Different materials use different equipment and tools. We do full dimensional checks on every batch. Every dimension on the drawing gets measured. Parts within tolerance are released. Parts that are out of tolerance are reworked or scrapped. We welcome customer inspectors to visit during production. We deliver within one to two weeks after drawing confirmation. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms.
Full Dimensional Inspection
Our team checks every dimension shown on your drawings. We use the correct equipment and tools for different materials. We do surface checks as well. Third-party inspection is welcome. We deliver within one to two weeks after drawing confirmation. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. OEM labeling is supported. Every piece of OEM connecting rod we produce meets your specified tolerances.
Branded Electrical and Mechanical Parts
OEM connecting rods are used in many applications. Customers use them for their own brand electrical equipment. They also use them for mechanical products. We do not ask where the parts go. We focus only on the dimensions and requirements on your drawings. Our customers are mainly small and medium electrical equipment manufacturers. They have their own brands and technology. But they lack processing capacity or find in-house processing too expensive. We help them solve their production needs. Now we also accept international OEM orders through our export channel.
Warranty and Payment Terms
We sign confidentiality agreements with customers. Your drawings and product information stay confidential. We confirm processing methods and pricing first. During production, we follow your requirements. You can inspect at key process points. After production, we use export-standard packaging. We do not offer free samples. Custom orders require 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid before shipping. We support EXW and FOB terms. USD, EUR, and CNY are accepted.
