Coiled Form for Continuous Production
Our copper rod coil is delivered in coil form. It is not straight like standard rods. It is wound into large coils. This makes shipping easier. It also makes feeding easier for downstream customers. Our customers in continuous drawing operations prefer coil packaging. They do not need to stop the machine frequently for rod changes. Our team pays special attention to coil neatness during winding. If the coil is messy, it will snag during payoff. We use a traversing mechanism to ensure each layer winds neatly.
Stock Sizes
We stock copper rod coil in 16mm and 20mm. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Total impurities stay within 0.10%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C does not exceed 0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength is above 170 MPa. Hardness falls between 65 and 90 HV. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Traversing Control for Neat Coils
Our traversing equipment keeps the coil neat and uniform. We do visual surface checks. Third-party inspection is welcome. Our raw material inventory stays well-stocked. We start production immediately after order confirmation. Standard sizes ship within one week. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Every piece of copper rod coil we ship winds smoothly and feeds easily.

Material Guarantee and Order Terms
The material meets T2 copper standards for life. We do not offer free samples. Bulk orders require 60% advance payment to secure production. The remaining 40% is paid upon shipment. We support EXW and FOB terms. USD, EUR, and CNY are accepted.
