Offset Design for Obstacle Clearance
Our Z shaped copper busbar has a cross-section that looks like the letter Z. Two parallel planes connect through a slanted middle section. This design changes the conduction direction while clearing obstacles. Space is tight inside distribution cabinets. Sometimes the busbar needs to go around other components. The Z shape solves this problem neatly. Our team finds the height difference between the two parallel faces the most difficult part to control. If this difference is off, the mounting holes will not align properly.

Z shaped copper busbar follows your custom drawings. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Total impurities stay within 0.10%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C does not exceed 0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength is above 170 MPa. Hardness falls between 65 and 90 HV. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Die-Controlled Height Accuracy
Our team uses professional dies to control the bending accuracy. We check the height difference between the two faces on every piece. Third-party inspection is welcome. Our raw material inventory stays well-stocked. We deliver custom orders within one to two weeks after receiving drawings. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms.
