Terminals Attached for Easy Installation
Our copper braided flexible connector has terminals crimped onto both ends of the braided section. The middle is braided copper wire. The ends are copper lugs or tube terminals. This design lets customers bolt the connector directly into place. No need to add your own terminals. Our team is very careful during the crimping process. If the crimp is too loose, the terminal may pull off. If the crimp is too tight, the wires may get damaged. We use special crimping dies. We do pull-off force tests on every batch to ensure the terminals stay secure.
Custom Specifications
Copper braided flexible connector follows your custom drawings for braid size and terminal specifications. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Total impurities stay within 0.10%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C does not exceed 0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength is above 170 MPa. Hardness falls between 65 and 90 HV. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Pull-Off Force Testing
Our team uses special dies for terminal crimping. We do pull-off force tests and resistance tests on every batch. Third-party inspection is welcome. Our raw material inventory stays well-stocked. We deliver custom orders within one to two weeks after receiving drawings. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Every piece of copper braided flexible connector we produce has secure terminals.
Transformer and Switchgear Quick Connections
Copper braided flexible connectors are used for quick connections between transformers and switchgear. Flexible connections in various electrical equipment also use them. Warranty and Order Terms
The material meets T2 copper standards for life. We do not offer free samples. Custom orders require 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid before shipping. We support EXW and FOB terms. USD, EUR, and CNY are accepted.
