Multi-Layer Foil for Vibration Absorption
Our standard flexible connectors are made from multiple layers of copper foil stacked together. They are not rigid. They can bend and twist. This flexibility is very useful in electrical equipment. Equipment vibrates during operation. It also expands and contracts with temperature changes. Rigid busbars can create stress in these situations. This stress may cause connection points to loosen. Flexible connectors absorb these movements. Our team cares most about the compression tightness of the copper foil during assembly. If the layers are not pressed tightly, contact resistance increases.
Custom Dimensions
Standard flexible connectors follow your custom drawings for size and hole positions. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Total impurities stay within 0.10%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C does not exceed 0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength is above 170 MPa. Hardness falls between 65 and 90 HV. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Compression and Temperature Control
Our team controls compression pressure and temperature during assembly. We do contact resistance checks on each batch. Third-party inspection is welcome. Our raw material inventory stays well-stocked. We deliver custom orders within one to two weeks after receiving drawings. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Every piece of standard flexible connector we produce has low contact resistance.
Transformer and Switchgear Connections
Standard flexible connectors are used between transformers and switchgear. They also work well in electrical equipment with vibration. The material meets T2 copper standards for life. We do not offer free samples. Custom orders require 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid before shipping. We support EXW and FOB terms. USD, EUR, and CNY are accepted.
