Fabric Body for Vibration Isolation
Our flexible duct connector canvas is used in ventilation duct systems. The main body is made of canvas material, not copper. We only use copper parts for the connection flanges at each end. This product absorbs vibration and thermal expansion in ventilation ducts. Fans generate a lot of vibration during operation. Rigid connections would transfer this vibration through the entire duct system. The canvas connector isolates these vibrations effectively. Our team measures the canvas dimensions very carefully during cutting. If it is too loose, it will sag. If it is too tight, it cannot stretch. Our workers measure twice to confirm every time.
Custom Specifications
Flexible duct connector canvas follows your custom drawings for size and flange specifications. The copper flanges meet GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Double-Check Measurements
Our team confirms flange dimensions and canvas length before cutting. We check mounting hole positions on every piece. Third-party inspection is welcome. We deliver custom orders within one to two weeks after receiving drawings. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Every piece of flexible duct connector canvas we produce has correct dimensions.

The material meets national standards for life. We do not offer free samples. Custom orders require 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid before shipping. We support EXW and FOB terms. USD, EUR, and CNY are accepted.
