Custom Tooling Setup for Each Order
Our production starts with a review of your drawing. We note the connector length, width, and number of layers. We check the hole positions and sizes. We also look at the terminal type on each end. Some connectors have lugs. Others have straight terminals. The hole pattern may differ between ends. Our workers set up the tooling for each specific connector. They position the holes accurately. They ensure the terminal orientation matches your drawing. A sample piece gets assembled first. The sample confirms all dimensions and hole positions. We check the fit of the sample. Only then do we proceed with your full order.

Non-standard flexible connectors use T2 copper foil layers. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity reaches Cu≥99.90%. Total impurities stay below 0.10%. Conductivity is ≥97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C stays ≤0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength exceeds 170 MPa. Hardness is 65 to 90 HV. Elongation is 17% or higher.
