Protective Braid for Hose Applications

The outside has a stainless steel braided sleeve. The ends have threaded fittings or flanges. The braided sleeve provides protection. It prevents the inner hose from being crushed or cut by external forces. Our team pays special attention to the braid cuts during assembly. The cuts must be clean with no loose wires. Loose wires can poke and affect appearance.
Custom Specifications
Stainless steel braided flex connector follows your custom drawings for length and fitting specifications. The copper parts meet GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Clean Cut Inspection
Our team checks every braid cut during assembly. We do pressure tests on each piece. Third-party inspection is welcome. We deliver custom orders within one to two weeks after receiving drawings. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Every piece of stainless steel braided flex connector we ship has clean, safe braid ends.
