Braided Construction for Tight Bends
Our flexible braided copper busbar is made from woven copper wires. It is not made from stacked foil. The wires twist together into a braided shape. This braided structure gives better flexibility. The bending radius can be much smaller. This makes routing easier in tight spaces. Our team pays close attention to wire tension during the braiding process. If the tension is uneven, the braided surface becomes wavy. An uneven surface causes poor contact during installation. Our braiding equipment maintains stable tension on every wire.
Custom Dimensions
Flexible braided copper busbar follows your custom drawings for size and hole positions. The material is T2 copper. Production follows GB/T5585.1-2026. Copper purity is above 99.90%. Total impurities stay within 0.10%. Conductivity is not less than 97.3% IACS. Resistivity at 20°C does not exceed 0.0177 Ω·mm²/m. Density is 8.9 g/cm³. Tensile strength ranges from 220 to 260 MPa. Yield strength is above 170 MPa. Hardness falls between 65 and 90 HV. Elongation is not less than 17%.
Tension Control for Flat Surfaces
Our braiding equipment includes tension control systems. We do visual and dimensional checks on each batch. Third-party inspection is welcome. Our raw material inventory stays well-stocked. We deliver custom orders within one to two weeks after receiving drawings. The minimum order is 1000 kilograms. Every piece of flexible braided copper busbar we ship has a flat, even surface.
Compact Space Applications
