Product Description
The flexible gas hose is purpose-built for connecting gas appliances to their supply lines – gas stoves to the gas pipe, and boilers to the gas valve. Unlike a general-purpose hose, it must be completely sealed, because any gas leak is a safety risk rather than a convenience issue. The assembly combines a gas-grade inner hose, a stainless braided outer sleeve for protection, and terminated fittings that connect the appliance to the gas line. Because sealing is non-negotiable, assembly does not end with a sample check: each finished tube is pressurized and submerged in water to look for bubbles, and no tube is skipped.

Applications
Application 1 – Gas cooking equipment connections. The flexible hose links the stove to the fixed gas pipe while tolerating small positional tolerance, and every tube is bubble-tested for sealing.

Customization
Length and thread/fitting specifications are produced to your drawings, matching the inlet of the stove, boiler or water heater you supply. Packaging & Transportation
Each tested hose is wrapped in bubble film to protect the fittings and braid, then bundled; longer pieces are secured on wooden pallets. Factory pickup and nearby-port delivery are supported under EXW or FOB terms.
