Product Description
The stainless steel braided hose connector is a flexible pipe connection, not an electrical conductor. It is built around an inner corrugated or rubber hose, enclosed by a stainless steel braided sleeve, and terminated with threaded fittings or flanges at each end. The outer braid is the working protection layer: it restrains the inner hose against pressure surge and stops external abrasion, cuts or crushing from damaging the pipe in service. At assembly, the cut ends of the braid are the detail that matters – they must be trimmed cleanly with no stray wires, because loose strands can poke out, catch on adjacent parts and spoil both safety and appearance. We pay particular attention to trimming and inspecting every braid end before the connector leaves the line.

Applications
Application 1 – Gas transmission pipelines. The stainless braid shields the inner tube from external abrasion while the flexible connection absorbs small misalignments between pipe runs.
Application 2 – Industrial gas and liquid lines. Threaded or flanged ends bolt into existing piping, and the braided sleeve protects against pressure surge and crush damage in service.
Application 3 – Flexible piping systems subject to movement or vibration. The braided hose flexes where rigid pipe would transmit stress, keeping the threaded joints tight.
Customization
Length, inner hose type, and the end fittings – threaded or flanged, with the thread size you require – are produced to your drawings. We confirm fitting specifications before production and supply a pre-production sample for approval. Mixed specifications within one order are accepted, and OEM branding is available.
Packaging & Transportation
Connectors are wrapped in bubble film to protect the braided sleeve and fittings from scratches and denting, then bundled; longer pieces are secured on wooden pallets. Factory pickup and nearby-port delivery are supported under EXW or FOB terms.
