1. Physical Properties: Conductivity ≥ 98% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), resistivity as low as 0.01777 Ω·mm²/m, thermal conductivity up to 386 W/m·K;
2. Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ≥ 210 MPa, elongation ≥ 35%, smooth surface without wire drawing, dimensional accuracy error ≤ ±0.05 mm;
3. Processing Performance: Supports custom-made lengths and plating treatments (tin plating/silver plating), adaptable to complex shape customization needs.
